The Kit
Seven things we build for Singapore businesses: websites, internal tools, AI workflows, automation, SEO and AEO, marketing and cloud. Most jobs use three or four at once. That is the argument for one tech partner rather than three suppliers.
Websites
Design. Build. Maintain. Explore Websites Tap toexplore
CairnCo designs, builds and maintains websites for small businesses in Singapore. Most agencies hand over a folder of files and disappear, so the site goes live and then quietly stops working: the plugin breaks, the rankings drift, nobody owns it. We stay on for the maintenance, and the domain and hosting stay registered in your name. Every site is hand built, in English and Chinese, so there is no theme to break and no licence to renew.
- Web design and development
- Website maintenance and support
- Restaurant ordering systems
- English and Chinese websites
Internal Tools
Clients. Staff. Jobs. Explore Internal Tools Tap toexplore
Internal tools are the systems a business runs on inside: customer records, job and work order tracking, stock. Most Singapore SMEs run those on a spreadsheet four people edit at once, and a process someone holds in their head. It works until the team grows, the file gets copied, or that person goes on leave. We build the tool that replaces it, with a login, one version of the truth, and a record of who changed what.
- Custom software development
- CRM and customer records
- Job and work order tracking
- Inventory and stock management
AI Workflows
Read. Sort. Draft. Explore AI Workflows Tap toexplore
AI workflow automation earns its place where the work is reading, sorting and drafting. It does not earn it where the work is deciding. So we build the reading and the drafting and leave a person holding the decision, because a system that guesses without a check is worse than doing it by hand. Everything runs against your own documents and records, not the open internet.
- AI workflow automation
- Customer enquiry chatbot
- AI assistant over your documents
- Invoice and receipt data capture
Automation
Connect. Trigger. Done. Explore Automation Tap toexplore
The manual processes worth automating first are the boring ones. Retyping between two systems. The report someone assembles every Tuesday. The quote that becomes an invoice by hand. Each one is small enough to tolerate, and together they are a day a week, which is why business process automation pays back faster in a small company than a large one. E-invoicing is the one with a deadline attached: InvoiceNow is Singapore's Peppol network, and GST registered businesses are being phased onto it.
- InvoiceNow and Peppol setup
- Business process automation
- WhatsApp enquiries into your CRM
- Xero and QuickBooks integration
SEO & AEO
Ranked. Quoted. Found. Explore SEO and AEO Tap toexplore
Being found in Singapore now happens in two places: search results, and the answers ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews give when somebody asks instead of searching. That second one is answer engine optimisation, also called AEO or GEO. In September 2026 we ran 44 searches a Singapore buyer might type and Google returned an AI Overview on 40 of them. Both halves are won the same way: a site a machine can read, and content worth quoting.
- Answer engine optimisation (AEO)
- Getting named in AI answers
- Google Business Profile setup
- Technical SEO audit and fixes
Marketing
Reach. Convert. Repeat. Explore Marketing Tap toexplore
A site nobody visits is a brochure in a drawer. This is the work that brings people to it and turns arrivals into enquiries. It sits on top of everything else here, because traffic pointed at a slow site or an unanswered form is money spent annoying people.
- Google Ads setup and management
- Landing pages built to convert
- Conversion tracking and GA4
- Lead capture and follow-up
Cloud
Host. Secure. Own it. Explore Cloud Tap toexplore
Cloud is the part nobody thinks about until it breaks: where the site lives, where the backups are, who can get in, and what happens when the person who set it up leaves. We run it on Cloudflare, we set up company email and the records that keep it out of spam, and the domain, the hosting account and the DNS stay registered in your name, not ours. That is what website ownership actually means, and it is the difference between changing supplier and starting again.
- Business email on your domain
- Email security: SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Managed hosting and domains
- Migration off your old provider
